Values are our fundamental beliefs and principles that guide our motivations and actions. By looking at these, we will learn what inspires change within yourself. This helps us to co-create personalized goals.

Utilizing the tool Meyers Brigg’s we learn more about your personality, what drives you, and how you interact with the world around you.

Motivation will always come and go but an often more beneficial approach is to focus on momentum.  Momentum leads to action which often leads to improved self efficacy or belief in one’s own ability to change their behavior. 

Positive psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on identifying your strengths and building upon those when creating the change that you desire. It does not undermine feeling negative feelings but is an approach to get you out of the why’s and unstuck on what doesn’t work for you and focus on what has and can work for you.

Using simple mindful techniques as mindful breathing, mindful awareness, and meditation we can uncover the inner narrative and belief system that influences your behavior.  Uncovering this inner narrative and belief system unlocks what you hold in your subconscious which dictates at least 90% of your behavior. Becoming aware of your subconscious is the first step in creating real change that sticks. 

This is a framework for setting goals that is widely used in business, healthcare, and education. It is an acronym that stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. We will co-create your goals based on this framework. 

So often behavior change does not stick because a lack of accountability. I am there to hold you accountable in a nonjudgmental way while also teaching you how to be accountable to yourself. 

I pride myself on creating a safe and judgment free space for you to work through the ebbs and flows of changing your behaviors. We will celebrate your wins and learn from any bumps in the road. 

Growth mindset is a term coined by psychologist Carol Dweck. A growth mindset views setbacks as learning opportunities not failures and puts emphasis on the process not the end result. This mindset can help reframe the negative self talk and criticism that often accompanies setbacks while looking to change a habit or accomplish a goal of any kind. 

What this looks like...

Weekly Meetings:  we meet for  60 minutes for 1:1 weekly virtual coaching sessions

  •  6  week commitment  to start 
  • Option to start every session with a short meditation

Comprehensive Welcome Packet: Before we begin you will receive prompts and questionnaires to explore more about you so we can get the most out of our time together.  

 

Personalized Plan: Coaching is not being told what to do within a 1 size fits all framework. It is being guided so you can uncover what plans of action will work within your life. 

 

Educational Materials/PDF’s/assignments: You will receive journal prompts, accountability tasks, and an  optional daily gratitude check in with me via text. 

 

In Between Session Help: You will have access to me via email and text in between sessions.

 

Lifetime Access to the Materials: You will receive all journal prompts, worksheets, educational handouts via email ensuring you always have access to them. 

 

Evening and Weekend Availability: Enjoy the option of evening and weekend appointment times.
