Weekly Meetings: we meet for 1:1 weekly virtual sessions for a total of 4 weeks.
- 3 sessions will be coaching sessions where we focus on your cooking related goals and techniques to get you there. We co-create weekly realistic goals which you will work on until our next session.
- 1 session will be a hands on remote cooking workshop without leaving the comfort of your own home.
Comprehensive Welcome Packet: Before we begin you will receive prompts and questionnaires to explore more about you so we can get the most out of our time together.
Easy Access to Recipes: You will receive easy to read PDF’s of plant based recipes developed through the CHEF Coaching Program through the Institute of Lifestyle medicine.
Educational Materials/PDF’s: You will receive a sample kitchen staples list, a dry ingredient staple list, helpful tips for efficiency, recommended reading list, and a list of must have tools of the kitchen.
In Between Session Help: You will have access to me via email and text in between sessions.
